Technique correction
45 minute session, on the water or on the ergo, where your coach will correct your paddling stroke, and provide you with drills and methods for improvements.

Video analysis
45 minute stroke correction session, where your coach will video you paddling, and provide a report back on target areas. This will be emailed to you to keep for reference.

Distance analysis
Video your self according the prescribed format, send it through to MultiCoach. It will get analysed and the report will get sent back to you.
