This package is aimed at the athlete who has reached a plateau, and needs more coach involvement to analyse training data and specify training to achieve results.

  • Daily email describes upcoming workouts
  • Personalized training zones
  • Weekly analysis of data
  • Weekly program adjustment
  • Once weekly calls to your coach (athlete initiated)
  • Unlimited email contacts per week

Elite Plus

Aimed at the competitive athlete, or committed amateur who wants to achieve his/her goals.
This package includes cross-training sessions.

cancellation policy

If you do not enjoy the service of MultiCoach, don’t worry, you are not stuck with it! If you are cancelling within one week of signing up, you are liable for a R200 cancellation fee. If it’s after the first week of signing up, you will pay out the remainder of that month only.
