The year 2011 has come and gone, races were won and lost, goals were met and challenges ticked off the list. Now is the perfect time to asses the year that passed, and use what you learnt to better prepare for races to come.

One of MultiCoach’s newer athlete’s, Pierre-Andre Rabie had an awesome Berg River Marathon. He showed his intentions in this race by finishing in 2nd place in the Time Trial the day before, and then went on to maintain his 2nd place throughout the 244km race. He showed strength and endurance beyond his youthful 21 years, and I am very proud of his result and the way in which he raced! All heart! Well done champ!! Read more…

In case you haven’t been following the blog, MultiCoach took on a complete novice paddler, Erik Klootwyk, and got him to the end goal of completing the 22km PennyPinchers Plett Easter Surf Ski Race.
