image-placeholderCommunication is the key ingredient. The beauty of online coaching is that the technology actually enhances our ability to communicate with each other. At Multi Coach, we use Training Peaks which is an online database that provides a calendar for programming, and most importantly a training diary function wherein you can log all workouts for the coach to see. Skype, instant messaging, and phone calls are also used to discuss training, performances, past workouts and future programming.

After signing up you will receive an Athlete Questionnaire via email. This questionnaire will gather information about your background as an athlete, race experience, as well as work schedule and family commitments. Using all this information I will do a complete evaluation of your previous training and racing. I will identify your strengths and weaknesses specific to the events for which you are training. I will assess your seasonal and long term goals, and plan how to help you best achieve them. If necessary, I will do a follow up to gather any more information. Lastly, I will carefully design your customised training plan. This should be available within one week of signing up.
